The company has its operations in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore. It also provides services comprising product and process development, soldering, welding, and heat treatment. The company was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Wettenberg, Germany.
