The company offers acoustic health products and services, including the Tianer series of acoustic air sterilization and purification products; non-contact acoustic sleep and sleep-assistance products; acoustic foot-health management products; smart ultrasonic head-care and cleansing products; and smart ultrasonic head-care and cleansing products. It also provides AI-enabled services, including communication solutions supporting text, image, voice, SMS, RCS, multimedia, and conversational messaging; technology solutions for customers' new media operations and digital marketing activities; digital technical services comprising digital service platforms, related applications, and technical support for business customers; and AI agent services that support customer interaction, business operations, and marketing execution, as well as related technical services. The company was formerly known as Datasea Inc. and changed its name to Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. in April 2026. Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
