Columbia Financial, Inc. operates as a bank holding company for Columbia Bank that provides banking and other financial services to businesses and consumers in the United States. The company offers deposit products, including non-interest and interest-bearing demand accounts, savings and club deposits, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. It also provides commercial loans, including multifamily and commercial real estate, commercial business, and construction loans; residential loans, such as one-to-four family residential real estate and one-to-four family residential loans; consumer loans, which includes home equity loans and advances, as well as automobile, personal, unsecured, and overdraft lines of credit; and securities activities. In addition, the company offers title insurance products; wealth management services; and cash management services comprising remote deposit, lockbox service, sweep accounts, and escrow services. Columbia Financial, Inc. was founded in 1926 and is based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
